Why subscribe before the app exists?

A subscription tells BackTheApp the problem is worth attention and helps fund evaluation, delivery, hosting, and improvement if the application moves forward.

What can I request?

Internal tools, operational dashboards, workflow software, and customer-facing experiences are all in scope for evaluation.

What happens after delivery?

If BackTheApp releases the application, subscribers can use the hosted software while support continues. Ownership or export is available, and the path depends on who is actively supporting the application.

Who is BackTheApp for?

BackTheApp is for founders, operators, consultants, creators, small businesses, and working professionals who have a useful software idea but do not want to start with a large custom-development project.

What does my subscription buy?

Your subscription supports one selected application in the queue. It helps fund evaluation, planning, design, development, testing, hosting, status reporting, and improvement work. It does not automatically buy source-code ownership, exclusive control, work-for-hire rights, or a guaranteed delivery date.

Do I own the application?

Not by default. While the application remains inside BackTheApp, BackTheApp owns the code, architecture, operating assets, and delivery process unless separate written terms say otherwise. Subscribers may receive access, influence, visibility, and status for the application they support.

Can I export the application?

Export is a separate exit event. If BackTheApp offers export, the exit price reflects the construction value that has not already been recovered through subscription support. After export, changes made outside BackTheApp are outside the original factory context unless a new agreement is made.

What if more than one person supports the same application?

Subscribers do not automatically become joint owners of the idea or application. Multiple subscribers pool support around the same queue application. Export requires an exit process that accounts for the construction value and the interests of other active subscribers.

Do you use cookies?

BackTheApp uses essential cookies for sign-in, security, and application operation. It also uses Microsoft Clarity behavioral analytics to understand site usage, diagnose friction, and improve the service.

Do I get free days before billing starts?

Yes. Checkout collects your card now, but monthly billing starts after 5 free days unless you cancel first. During that period, your support may appear as trial support for the selected queue application.
